- To aid and support the students and directors in meeting the musical goals and financial needs of the orchestra.
- To raise funds above and beyond which is provided by the school district, in order to provide educational, competitive and social opportunities, which enhance the orchestra experience.
- To increase parental support and involvement in all phases of the orchestra program and facilitate an awareness in the parents of their need to be involved.
- To be an advocacy group for music education in the school district.
- To encourage enthusiastic public interest and support in the performances, needs and activities of the orchestra.
- To serve as a means of communication to keep parents of orchestra students informed of activities and projects of the orchestra.
Membership
The membership of the Booster Club shall consist of the parents or guardians of students in the Ranchview High School Orchestra Department and any other persons interested in the promotion of orchestra music, and who have paid their dues.
Annual dues for the Booster Club are $15.00 per year per family or individual and $30.00 per year for firms and corporations.
Individual sponsor memberships may be purchased at the following levels:
- Friends of the Orchestra - $15.00
- Patron of the Arts - $25.00
- Directors Circle - $35.00
Corporate sponsorships are also available.
